Where is the in-line fuel filter located on '90 toyota corolla?
Thanks for my responses to my last question. But can someone tell me where the inline fuel filter is located. I searched for fuel filters on autozone, advance and napa, but under fuel filters all I see is the big hardware. And i located that, its directly behind and below the air filter. Thanks again for replies! (1990 Toyota Corolla)
Mounted to the subframe on the lower left hand side of the car, below the intake air ducting. The filter is attached to the fuel line with banjo fittings, so be sure to replace all 4 copper sealing washers when replacing the filter.
If you can't find it, follow the pressure line from the fuel rail down to the side of the engine bay, you'll see it.

I have seen in a truck stop a few years ago (actually bought a couple, worked fine). I would like to find them again. They looked like a beer Koozie, but more than a tight fit baldwin 970. Each year in October, when the weather cools and leaves turn orange, the green-eyed monster lurks my wardrobe. I grind my teeth when I see couples cruise Annapolis filter through on their way south. For some reason, almost all Canadian ships that weekend we had (what seemed to us) an excessive number of defenses that hang from their decks - three, four times on one side - in progress, at anchor, all the time.
