N air purifiers work?
I have a problem with pet odor and mildew in my house. We tried many different things, but do not function well. I looked into air purifiers and wondered if it was effective to make the smell of good home and eliminate odors and cleaning of molds can not get rid of.
Yes, an air filter (a good) can certainly help to mold and pet odors, but is only part of the solution. Mold grows in wet conditions, dark, and they have lots of moving air. Elimination of moisture and things that take the moisture, you will. A dehumidifier is essential. You must be a draft of air to prevent mold growth. You should be able to buy one for $ 150 -- $ 200. Definitely worth. Make sure the pipe leaks unfixed at home (under the sink? Around the bathtub?). Old carpet (or rug) can be a real broth culture for fungi and a sponge for odors of pets. If it is wet, not dry well, then subsoil moisture may harbor too. This creates an ideal environment for mold. Removing and replacing carpet with wood or laminate is the best option but if you are a tenant and can not at least try sprinkling borax (found in the laundry aisle, has anti-mold) in your carpet, leaving night under vacuum and then in the morning. However, they have windows open when you can. Fresh air travel and discourage the growth of mold and make rooms smell better. We all need more fresh air. So, in short, get the air purifier, but have a dehumidifier and some borax, too. Hope this helps!

When buying an air purifier, what do I look?
I am willing to buy an air purifier to my apartment, which is about 700 square feet. I need to remove the smell of cigarette lighter, pollen, dust and pet dander in the future perhaps. What should I consider when buying a purifier? Are their brands, features, styles, designs, etc., that I seek? Any product recommendations? I am looking for a price range of $ 75 - $ 150 (USD) Thank you for advice!
I had an Oreck purifier table for 6 years, but I paid about $ 350 for .... I never have to buy filters to store large amounts of money ...... i love it ... I rarely powder and when I make a film of light ... not like before reaching the filter, after several days use of a thick dust everywhere ...... have no moisture / odor wet summer when it is very humid here. .
