Air Filters For Cars
Question about car air filter/intake?
I just got an air filter for my 2000 Ford Focus, and the hole is bigger than the pipe and it's pretty loose. I tightened the metal strip with the bolt though, and it's held on pretty good. Will it be okay, or do I need to find a smaller one?
If you know FOR SURE that it's the correct filter element for your model it will be okay.
Just to be sure why not drive around to where you bought it and get them to look at it, it might be from a different engine model.
