Acura RSX K20A growing - why?

I have one, 5spd automatic transition K20A3. When I back off the throttle, revs engine and then drop dramatically increase backup. Di 3000rpm - the ease of the accelerator pedal, speed is reduced to 1100rpm, then place momentarily to around 1800-2000 before returning. Has the oil transition (use Honda ATF). No effect. The plugs are good, air filter new oil new engine, new oil filter. Using 91 octane fuel without lead. Any ideas (I asked about the fuel filter?) (In fact, a 2003 Honda Integra - RSX in the U.S.) Any help appreciated.

I'm stuck, cooking oil used as diesel fuel?

I have a supplier of waste vegetable / cooking oil a chipper. I used a boiler Burco of veg oil to heat and have a tube connects to your faucet built to let me breathe through a filter / plumbing setup. After filtering through a pair of socks and a filter medium that I acquired a new air conditioning unit I am still getting small particles of dirt in the final product and oil remains nearly black, had the illusion that would be clear after boiling and filtering. I'm not going to put this on my Merc C250diesel 1996, I fear it will destroy. I have a 2 tank set up, start the diesel, is heated and a separate fuel tank allows me to burn veg oil with the flick of a switch. What am I doing wrong? When the oil and again before using it for driving? What is the best filter medium to use? Please help, thanks in advance people!
