Where can I find a setting cutoff carbon filter before my HEPA air purifier replacement?

In the past, we bought this material for $ 10 and the box (3-4?) Cut out of it. We bought it at Lowes in Burbank, CA. However, we moved to a new city and do not know where to find locally.
