Air filter for 2003 350z with AEM cold air intake?

I bought a used 350z has the AEM cold air intake equipped and it is time to change the air filter. The pipe down near the driver's side wheel, and where I can not get to it easily, so I took him to service shop where I change the oil filter to clean air. I was told that because the air filter gets wet when it rains, it would not be able to be cleaned, and would to be continually replaced. Because the AEM filter is $ 53, I recommended getting a regular role as FRAM disposable use, as it will be discarded. Question about my new window unit a / c, has a smell coming from it.?

I have two air conditioning window. (Fridigaire, 22,000 BTU) Same size, same brand, etc. The running constantly has a smell that comes from him. I've had more than two weeks in operation. Cold air intake in a Lexus LS400?

I have a 1993 Lexus LS400, I put a cold air intake on it. I've been looking around but I can not find any application for it. In addition, the spectrum of inlet sell to Autozone to build your own system, maybe that would work just as well? But to use a K & N air filter with it.

When using the tube that works well. you can build your own. your'll Just make sure to get the proper size tube and do everything in shape. Do not forget the brackets. may have to build some stands for stability, a tube outside the intake could bounce, you want it to be nice and strong and do not move too much.
