How can I get the bloated cast my A / C A-Frame (and why I get this)?
replacement of the filters I noticed mold swollen black on the low side of my A / C units A-frame. Why did I get this and how do I remove it. BTW we live in South Florida and run of 320 units days a year so not because they sit idle. I also continue to clean drain lines. Only once you have this one blocked and fixed it immediately. It is what has caused me to ruin a frame?

Recently I put a few thousand miles on my car driving around the country. So who approached the local Jiffy Lube for my oil change. The mechanic tried to sell me a new air filter, but decided to wait. Do not give me much, so I figured it would be at least one check out some performance air filters if you are going to spend the money anyway. I started doing some research and discovered that there are two types of aftermarket intakes that people like: either short rams or cold air intakes. The two names more or less self-explanatory. Consumption short ram has a shorter tube. The cold air intake has a longer tube that allows the intake of cooler air to breathe because it is further from the engine. Sounds quite logical, but then my inquisitive mind the best of me. I'm a little confused about the capacity of cold air intakes. If you've ever popped the hood after a long journey, you know that everything under the hood is very hot. Would it really matter if the intake head a foot away from the machine? Moving the intake is like putting bread in the oven, is going to be hot, no matter where they are because in an enclosed space with limited airflow. Second, cold air intakes have pipes, which means that air has to travel a greater distance to reach the engine. I'm not a car expert, but I know the general principle behind turbo engines and horsepower increase. Horsepower is derived from an equation where the main factors are the amount of airflow to the engine and the density of the air. If a cold air intake is longer and is bent in order to reach a different part of the engine bay, then take the air longer to reach the engine. In addition, the curves in the cold air pipe bans maximum airflow, a short straight pipe would be ideal. Now, even though the short ram intake is breathing warmer air, due to its location, simply start sucking in cooler air as your car accelerates. Sure, you can not get much horsepower as when you're at a stop sign, but again, who cares? Time must also be taken into account. If you live in Florida and is 94 degrees outside, no matter where consumption is, you're not going to be getting cold air. And even if you are able to use premium, how much cooler the air is a foot away? You really miss being able to feel even if you have a Hp less? I could see if you are Vin Diesel in The Fast and the Furious, racing for pink slips, then you might want to get the most out of your car. But until that day, I think regular input filters and air filters are short mutton best because they are cheaper.
