Only one question to clarify Prior, who, I heard that ionized air can be potentially hazardous (eg free radicals), they want to avoid air filters that ionize the air. The 3M Filtrete electrostatic polyolefin-based filters (very common in furnace filters, and now part of an independent air purifier) are pre-loaded with a static charge to attract dirt, dust and particles from the incoming air. My question is, as non-irradiated (normal) air travel through the filter (via a simple fan, ionizer is involved) there is no way I can take a load of electrostatic filters, or air can be ionized in any way or form after release Filter? Now that I know, the air does not pay well, so I think it would not, but I want an expert opinion.

No, is not possible. The static load is basically "fixed". If possible, discharge would be very fast in the bag long before you have purchased and installed.
