How do I clean and reorganize my room?

Hello. I need help a lot. My room is too full of garbage and must be thoroughly cleaned. There is a significant margin, and I'm claustrophobic, so I have to get rid of a lot of things. Here is a picture of the place where everything is now. In addition to the cabinet with transparent boxes to put everything that is nice, but where can I find a good way to do so and a very cheap price? FINALLY!, How can I keep a lot of dust in my room? How to get rid of the smell of smoke in our house?

I need some advice and tips on how to make cigarette smoke in our house? I guess I have to do laundry ... ALL, furniture, carpets, bedding, etc. We Purches an air purifier may also help. I've heard some ideas such as vinegar and water and use baking soda on the carpet. You have another idea? Thank you: D I not need sarcasm ..... person is smoking, but the house still smells of cigarette smoke.

When items laundering Add 2 / 3 cup borax or either of baking soda with detergent in the wash cycle or 1 cup of vinegar to the rinse water for all eliminate smoke odors effectively. I always had a smoker in one of my rentals, I am ready with a stain walls and smell like blocking Kilz or Zinsser first. Ionic Purifier make noise, much less than machines based on the majority of HEPA filters. Ionic purifiers are able to eliminate the smaller particles, but are not as useful with doors or germs.

5. Other emerging technologies, such as photos oxidation catalytic (PCO) promise a high level of purification with low power consumption. However, the OCP does not currently used in residences, because they are not effective in destroying gaseous pollutants.

Air Purifier?

I recently bought an air purifier Honeywell Quiet Clean with permanent filters. I run warm water over the filters in a pool of warm water like the instructions said. When we take a clear glass in water after cleaning filters could not detect any dirt or anything else. Is this normal or could the air purifier is not working properly? The purifier itself also emits a smell similar to a cap space heater wall, is this normal?
